CAN I BUY PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM BIANCHI?

Although BIANCHI DOES NOT SELL DIRECTLY TO CONSUMERS, we have dealers located all over the country that can assist you with your order. To find a dealer in your area, please refer to the dealer locator section of the web site.

HOW CAN I FIND A DEALER IN MY AREA?

Local dealers can be found using the dealer locator section of the web site. Simply insert your zip code and a list of dealers within 100 miles of your zip code will be listed.

DOES BIANCHI DO CUSTOM WORK?

Thank you for thinking of Bianchi for your custom holster and accessory needs. Unfortunately, Bianchi does not do any custom work at this time.

CAN BIANCHI MODIFY MY HOLSTER?

Your Bianchi holster should only be used with the specific gun and under the specified circumstances for which it was designed. Any alteration to your gun or holster may increase the chance for an accidental discharge of your firearm.

WHAT HOLSTERS DO YOU HAVE TO FIT MY HANDGUN?

To find a full listing of holsters to fit your handgun, you may refer to the Holster Selector Chart at the back of our catalog. Each gun that we fit is listed in alphabetical order, followed by a full listing of the holsters that fit that gun. If you prefer, you can visit our web site for information on individual fits. Simply go to the Holster Selector section of the web site and fill in the make, model and barrel length of your gun and a full listing of holsters will appear for your review.

HOW CAN I BECOME A BIANCHI DEALER?

To become a Bianchi dealer, you must be regularly engaged in the sale of related merchandise at an established place of business. If you have a store and are interested in becoming a Bianchi dealer, please contact our customer service department and they will provide you with a full package of information on how to become an Authorized Bianchi Dealer.

IF MY DEALER DOES NOT CARRY THE BIANCHI PRODUCT THAT I NEED, HOW CAN I PURCHASE IT?

In most cases, your Bianchi dealer will be happy to special order any product for you. In cases where this is not possible, the Bianchi Customer Service Department can provide you with a list of Bianchi dealers who routinely place special orders.

CAN BIANCHI REPAIR MY HOLSTER/ACCESSORY?

Bianchi may be able to make a repair to your product for a nominal fee after evaluation by Bianchi. To find out if we can assist you with a specific repair, please contact our Customer Service Department at (909) 923-7300. Customer Service will provide you with an RMA number under which to return the product (at your cost) and an approximate cost to repair the product. Returns must be sent via UPS, RPS or DHL to Bianchi International, 3120 E. Mission Blvd., Ontario, CA 91761. All repairs must be shipped prepaid and must include the pre-approved authorization number noted in 1" letters on the outside of the box next to the address label. All repair costs must be prepaid with a check, money order or credit card. When the product is received a final determination will be made on the repair. In some cases, a repair may not be possible. In all cases, the product will be returned to the customer via UPS with the return freight charges prepaid by Bianchi.
